On the wedding day, all ceremony and reception décor florals were designed and executed on-site by Peony Wedding Co. Following a last-minute adjustment, our team created ground florals for the ceremony and styled every bud vase throughout the reception — all seamlessly integrated into the couple’s original vision.

These floral elements were thoughtfully curated to feel cohesive, elevated, and completely intentional, despite being created day-of. The result was a clean, modern design that felt effortless and refined, proving that thoughtful execution matters just as much as advance planning.

Like many wedding days, Diana and Miguel’s celebration included a few unexpected changes. In addition to last-minute décor adjustments, the guest count increased by nearly 30 additional guests, requiring immediate coordination across seating, catering, and venue logistics.

Thanks to close collaboration with Hotel Zamora’s on-site team, these changes were handled quickly and seamlessly — allowing guests to feel welcomed and cared for, without ever sensing the behind-the-scenes adjustments taking place.
